Optical Beam Detectors
The optical beam detectors employ an infrared light sent between a transmitter and receiver. The alarm state is triggered when smoke obscures the beam of light. Optical beam detectors are therefore ideal for fire detection protection of sizeable, open spaces such warehouses and large halls.
